To extend a visa to the Foreign Police, you need to submit the documents listed below. We will clarify until what date you will have to bring the documents to us so that we can check them.
Also, everyone will need to fill out a “green” renewal form. Please contact us for information.
Attach to the application / green questionnaire for visa extension:
- Foreign passport - check the expiration date for everyone!
- A document confirming the purpose of staying on the territory of the Czech Republic - from the courses we take the certificates ourselves for everyone, those who entered the universities take the certificates themselves.
- Accommodation confirmation - take confirmation and show us! If you have any questions - ask.
- Extract from the real estate cadastre - for those who live in an apartment. It is better for those living in Hloubetin to provide
- Photo - Take a photo.
- Parental consent for your stay in the Czech Republic if you are a minor.
- A document confirming material support on the territory of the Czech Republic. The current amount can be found here. To take care of this in advance, take a certificate from a bank, whose bank is not Czech - all the more so, since the certificate will need to be sent and translated!
- A bank card to this account with your name on it. Information about the card (its number) must be indicated in the certificate from the bank!
- Who has an account for the parents - a sponsorship letter from the parent - the owner of the account. The card should still be with your name, not the name of the parent.
- Comprehensive medical insurance for the entire requested period - you need not only a card, but also the A4 contract itself (when submitting documents to the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Chechen Republic, copies of the insurance policy are handed over, but the original must be presented).
- The documents attached to the application must not be older than 180 days (in the case of documents issued in the Czech Republic - not older than 90) days at the time of submission, with the exception of a foreign passport and a photograph.
All documents not issued in the Czech Republic must be translated into Czech by a court translator!
