Egyptian Visa Requirements for Pakistani Nationals

• Original Passport ( Must be valid for more than 6 months at travelling time )
• Copy of CNIC / B Form
• Two recent photographs (white background 2x2 and without border) with semi matt or matt finish
• Bona-fide certificate /work letter / HR letter (depending upon the profession of the applicant)
• Valid chamber of commerce or NTN certificate of the employing company (if the applicant is sole proprietor/ partner or employed in corporate sector
• Last 3 months Bank Statement attested from bank with account maintenance letter
• Request letter from applicant with clear description of propose of visit on company letter head
• Confirmed Return Tickets
• Confirmed Hotel Booking

Financial Documents ( If Employed )

• Leave sanction letter on employer's letterhead
• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 600,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated)

Financial Documents ( If Self Employed / Professional / Businessman ) 

• Original Personal Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer with a minimum closing balance of around PKR 600,000 in case of traveling alone. If the family wants to apply, in that case, ensure the funds are above PKR 1,000,000 (Sudden deposit of money is not appreciated)

• Original Company Current Bank Account Statement for last 6 months mentioning the Bank’s name, Bank’s Telephone Number, Applicant’s Name and Account No. clearly on Bank letterhead with seal & sign of Bank officer, the statement should be updated at least 7 days prior to the submission date. OR If Current A/c statement is very bulky then you can provide an Original Balance confirmation letter on Bank letterhead with seal & sign (If having separate Bank, A/c statement in the name of company)

Documents from company if company sponsored 

• Bank statement with sufficient balance and bank maintenance letter signed and stamped
• Group letter from company on letter head signed and stamped
• Company NTN
• Company tax returns last 2 years 

Additional Required Documents

• National ID card scanned colored copy. Both back and front side
• Family Registration Certificate
• Marriage Registration Certificate (In case you are traveling with your spouse)
• Polio IPV certificate issued by the government hospital
• Polio Vaccination certificate issued by any government hospital (Should not be older than one year)
• Dengue negative report (IgM) issued by an authorized lab

Processing Time

It takes usually 6 to 8 weeks depending on Embassy's process. Self appearance is mandatory at the time of visa submission. Visa issuance is subject to embassy's decision
